BULKEX17, the annual conference of the Materials Handling Engineers Association (MHEA) is open for registrations.

This must-visit event on the bulk materials calendar is titled ‘Bulk Handling Today and Tomorrow’ and has a new format for 2107: a programme of high profile speakers and a new venue.

Bulk Handling Today and Tomorrow is to be held on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 October 2017 at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham. Delegates can register online for one or two days of the technical conference, and also book overnight accommodation and attendance at the awards dinner. An online booking form is available via www.Bulkex.co.uk a dedicated conference microsite.

The speaker seminar, which spans both days, will have a distinctly technical emphasis focusing on current and impending opportunities and technical achievements in the industry. It will be supported by informative exhibition stands from industry businesses.

On the evening of Wednesday 18, delegates are invited to attend the awards ceremony celebrating the successes of the bulk handling industry and providing further networking opportunities.

Tickets for BULKEX17 are £60+VAT per day or £100+VAT for two days.

Michael Kaye, President of the Materials Handling Engineers Association, said: “The new format for BULKEX with a programme of eminent speakers promises a stimulating two days. Combined with the central location and excellent facilities of Eastwood Hall, the event is already attracting significant interest from professionals both within and allied to the bulk materials handling world.

“Please register early to guarantee your place.”
