Hoverdale win top ImechE Award

Hoverdale UK, have been honoured by the ImechE for the Bulk Material Handling  for Innovation 2021.

 

Hoverdale UK Ltd won the ImechE Award for their innovative HALO System. Upon the request of a renewable energy plant operator. Hoverdale UK Ltd, examined, researched and developed this Bespoke solution which prevents significant and repeated conveyor line blockages.

The award which had been sponsored by  the MHEA, recognised the engineering achievement which has reduced cleaning resources by 80%, it also reduced the downtime by 23%, along with a 30% reduction in consumables spending and a significant reduction in maintenance.

Matt Beverley, Managing Director of Hoverdale UK Ltd accepted the award on the 20th October 2022 at ImechE’s headquarters, 1 Birdcage Walk, London.

Matt commented, “It is a massive honour not just for me but the whole team at Hoverdale UK to be recognised in this way”
