I’m delighted to announce that Chris Hayton has been promoted to Operations Director for our Scotland Division a role he has truly earned through years of dedication, deep technical expertise and an unwavering commitment to our customers.
Chris brings decades of industry experience, with a technical knowledge base that is second to none. His understanding of materials handling, engineering processes, and operational performance has elevated our standards and strengthened our capability across the region. He doesn’t just lead operations he shapes them, ensuring every decision is grounded in quality, safety and long term value.
Since taking over the division, Chris has driven consistent month on month growth of 50%, surpassing targets and setting a new benchmark for operational excellence. Yet the KPI that matters most, customer feedback has remained consistently outstanding.
