Innovative Inventory Management Software Solution ‘Unleashed’ Now Live at Hoverdale

Hoverdale UK Limited, a global provider of conveyor belt products and equipment, hard metals, and wear-resistant products, has selected Unleashed as its inventory management software to modernise and streamline the processes around stock management, purchasing and processing sales orders.

Following an extensive market review, Hoverdale chose Unleashed (Part of the Access Group) to deliver its inventory management process. The implementation began in April 2023 and was completed at the end of June. All team members were involved in the process, helping to deliver a user-ready system in record time.

Unleashed helps organisations to manage purchases, inventory levels, warehouse operations, and sales. It showcases batch and serial tracking features and seamlessly integrates with other software applications.

David Barter, Finance Director, said:

“We chose Unleashed as it integrates seamlessly with our CRM and accounting software and therefore allows us to see an end-to-end view of all customer orders and stock availability without needing to perform a manual check. This means we can better serve our customers by being more certain of the lead-times for delivery. Since going live, we have already seen the efficiencies made by having data flowing seamlessly through the systems.”

Matt Beverley, Chairman, said:

“I am proud that we have completed this latest step in our digital journey. This will help Hoverdale continue our growth and innovation and ensure we are fit for the future. It has been great to see the whole team come together to ensure a successful implementation, supported by the accommodating team at Unleashed.”

Amber Chaffe, Head of Customer Success for SaaS ERP at Access Group.

“We’re delighted that Hoverdale has chosen Unleashed and Prospect CRM to support their international aspirations and complex manufacturing needs. When knitted together, Xero, Prospect CRM and Unleashed Software supercharge a powerful manufacturing, inventory and sales machine,”

“They’ve worked hard to go live in just under 60 days and will now benefit from multiple efficiencies, including greater production clarity, a lean inventory, stock-aware CRM, improved end-to-end visibility and easier financial reporting.”

Hoverdale’s conveyor belt equipment and scraping products and motorised brush cleaning system have quickly grown the business over 2-3 years. The company is heavily investing in its people and procedures to continue boosting its order book, strengthening its commercial offering, and maintaining its position as a market leader in optimising bulk material handling. Hoverdale work with some of the most prominent industrial names, including Lafarge Tarmac, Biffa, Aggregate Industries & Tata Steel. They recently opened a new North-East Operation in the UK while expanding overseas.
