Longcliffe Quarries Ltd is a long-standing limestone and dolomite supplier based in Derbyshire. They produce over one million tonnes of high-quality calcium carbonates every year for a range of businesses across the UK.

Established in 1927, Longcliffe Quarries Ltd. has a long history in the production of pure limestone and dolomite. Their expertise ensures they can deliver quality products time and time again.

Commencing at 10:00, the walkaround the plant will be lead by Jake Ramshaw, the quarries’ Fixed Plant Manager.  This will be followed by a lunch at nearby The National Stone Centre in Wirksworth.

Due to limited places, the invitation is for 1 representative from each member company and is on a first come first served basis.

There is the opportunity to join with us for Dinner the evening prior to the site visit at the New Bath Hotel and Spa in Matlock.  https://newbathhotelandspa.com/

If you are interested please let me know by emailing me at secretary@mhea.co.uk  or call me on 01257 412635 and I will forward the details.

We have a pipeline of upcoming site visits including a visit on the 8th August 2023 to Erbaser Ltd in Gloucestershire where they provide municipal, waste treatment and recovery services which should prove interesting.
